RealFlight is a very good product; however, you have to keep paying every time an update comes out. In short, it should work with Windows 10. If you encounter issues, I would contact Phoenix support stating as much information as possible and send them your log files - they are very helpful. To resolve the issue, download the latest launcher from the Phoenix site. However, I'm not sure I trust it, so maybe the timing for RealFlight 8 is right. Phoenix offers various products, including R/C Pro Simulator V5, LG PM-225, LG Prime, LG Quantum, LG Realm, and LG Remarq. I previously encountered a similar issue but don't remember how I resolved it. Anyway, I skipped the launcher upgrade and tried to use the system, but I got the exact same error. To manually update the software: 1. Open a new window. ![]() 2. Navigate to the desired folder in that window. ![]() ![]() 3. Select manual update. 4. Once the welcome screen appears, click on ADVANCED and then click on the "Install and Update" button labeled 3. Alternatively, I dug out my original disk (which took some time), installed v5, and tried to reinstall everything from scratch. HH recommended that I try reinstalling everything from scratch, which is what I did.
